Preconstruction Design & Architectural Drawings:
Before a single piece of lumber is cut, our engineering team translates architectural intent into detailed Shop Drawings. This phase is where we solve the technical “how” of the project.
Engineering: Designing the joinery and structural anchoring for durability and aesthetics.
Field Verification: On-site laser measuring to ensure a perfect fit against “as-built” conditions.
Material Coordination: Integrating wood with stone, metal, and integrated lighting.
Fabrication & Assembly:
Once drawings are approved, the project moves to our facility. We combine traditional woodworking techniques with modern machinery to manufacture your custom elements to exact tolerances.
Quality Control: Each unit is fully assembled and inspected in our shop to ensure it meets specifications before it ever leaves the floor.
Precision Machining: Utilizing CNC technology for perfect repeatability and complex geometries.
Expert Assembly: Hand-finished joinery by master craftsmen who ensure every seam is tight and every finish is flawless.

Installation:
The best millwork in the world can be ruined by a poor install. Our dedicated installation teams understand the nuances of commercial job sites and high-end residential environments.
The Finished Product: We don’t leave until the hardware is tuned, the finishes are wiped down, and the vision is fully realized.
Seamless Integration: Expert handling of scribing and fitting to ensure a “built-in” look, even against uneven surfaces.
Site Management: We coordinate with GCs and other trades to ensure our team hits the schedule without disrupting the critical path.
